Edintervention Centre

Edintervention offers a group setting across key stages 3 and 4 that operates between the hours of 9am and 2pm on a daily basis. Students who access this provision are referred on the premise there is a general interest in sport and physical activity. That does not mean to say the young person is aspiring to be a Premier League footballer or an Olympic athlete, but just that when required, they are willing to give things a try!

Thus far, we have a track record of providing excellent outcomes for students across Greater Manchester through providing fun and stimulating learning environments that promote engagement, attendance and academic progress. In addition, our fundamental goal is to support transition back into mainstream education if and when the student is ready. Like our 1-1 and Post-16 offer, the successes of our group setting is underpinned by having highly skilled and suitably qualified staff with up-to-date Enhanced DBS Certificates that contribute towards us being fully compliant with both Salford and Manchester City Council's rigorous Safeguarding audits.
