Our Mission
We create bespoke pathways that help young people and our communities thrive.
Through trusted guidance, personalised pathways and strong, respectful relationships, we enable children and young people to achieve their potential and build positive futures. By engaging minds, educating hearts and fostering a love of learning, we remove barriers, nurture strengths and improve outcomes for learners. In doing so, we also support and strengthen the carers, staff and wider communities who work together to help every young person thrive.
Our Team
Our dedicated team of teachers, mentors and specialists bring compassion, expertise and a shared commitment to helping every young person grow, connect and succeed. Together, we create the nurturing, aspirational environment that makes Edintervention unique.

Army Careers Day Inspires Learners at Edintervention Swinton
Students at our Swinton site enjoyed an exciting and action-packed Army Careers Day, delivered by serving personnel who spent time sharing insights into life in the Armed Forces. Learners took part in a range of engaging outdoor and classroom-based activities, including teamwork challenges, physical tasks and an introduction to different career pathways within the Army.
The day gave students the chance to build confidence, develop communication skills and explore future opportunities in a supportive, hands-on environment. A huge thank you to the Army team for providing such an inspiring and memorable experience for our young people.

James Secures Construction Role with Allied After Progressing Through EdIntervention
We are proud to celebrate James, who has successfully progressed from EdIntervention School into employment with Allied following completion of his CSCS training through our Post-16 College. James first joined us in our pre-16 provision, where he began rebuilding confidence and developing the skills needed to plan his future.
After transitioning into our specialist SEND Post-16 College, James focused on a vocational pathway in construction. Through hands-on training and completion of his Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) qualification, he gained the knowledge, safety awareness and industry readiness required to move directly into employment.
James’s success reflects our commitment to creating bespoke pathways that lead to real destinations. We are delighted to see him applying his skills in the workplace and wish him every success as he begins this exciting new chapter with Allied.
From education to employment – building skills, confidence and meaningful futures.
