Governance

Edintervention is supported by an active Board of Governors, led by the Chair and including designated representatives for safeguarding, behaviour, SEND, staff and parents. The Board provides strategic oversight and effective challenge to ensure the school meets the Independent School Standards and delivers high-quality, inclusive provision.
Governors work closely with senior leaders to monitor safeguarding and wellbeing, promote positive behaviour, and support continuous improvement, with safeguarding practice fully aligned to Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE). Through strong governance and accountability, the Board plays a key role in maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment.
