Working with employers to create meaningful pathways into employment for young people with SEND
We are delighted to highlight a recent example of successful student placements from our Post-16 SEND college, delivered in partnership with Procure Plus and Casey.
These placements demonstrate the powerful impact that collaborative working can have in creating meaningful, real-world opportunities for young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). By working closely with employers, we are able to provide learners with valuable experiences that support the development of practical skills, confidence, and independence.
We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Procure Plus and Casey for their commitment to inclusive employment and for supporting our learners on their journey towards sustainable futures. We also recognise Wiktor Morrell for sharing and championing this work.
Initiatives like this not only benefit our students but also contribute to wider social value by helping organisations build more inclusive and diverse workforces.
We look forward to continuing to develop partnerships that open doors and create positive outcomes for young people.
