Who We Are:

Edintervention was incorporated in 2019 with a clear mission: to create a community where guidance, growth and connection lead to a limitless future for every young person. What began as a small, values-driven alternative provision has evolved into a multi-division organisation supporting children and young people across Greater Manchester and beyond.
Rooted in our core principles of Engage, Educate and Enjoy, we have steadily expanded our offer to include a specialist SEND Hub, a SEND Post-16 college and, from 2026, our own independent special school.
Throughout our journey, we have remained committed to providing personalised, relationship-centred support that helps every learner overcome barriers, build confidence and thrive.
We work with numerous awarding organisations from NCFE and Skills Forward to the Duke of Edinburgh Award. Our programmes are delivered in collaboration with Manchester City Council and Salford City Council.

Our Vision:

Our Vision is to be a community where guidance, growth and connection leads to a limitless future.

Engage

We build meaningful connections
We believe relationships sit at the heart of learning.
We engage every learner with consistency, empathy and respect, creating a safe space where they feel seen, heard and valued.
Through purposeful connections with families, schools and communities, we ensure no young person is ever left behind.
We demonstrate this by:
Prioritising relational practice and trauma-informed approaches. Listening actively to pupils and involving them in shaping their journey. Working collaboratively with external agencies to build strong support networks

Educate

We nurture ambition and curiosity
We deliver high-quality, personalised education that recognises every child's strengths, needs and aspirations.
Our curriculum and wider offer empower young people to grow academically, socially and emotionally so they can shape their own future with confidence.
We demonstrate this by:
Offering engaging, accessible pathways from early intervention to post-16 transition. Removing barriers that limit learning. Promoting resilience, independence and lifelong skills. Setting high expectations for all

Enjoy

We inspire joy, purpose and possibility
We want every learner to experience success, pride and enjoyment in their achievements.
By celebrating progress—big and small—we help young people rediscover the joy of learning and envision brighter futures.
We demonstrate this by:
Creating enriching experiences that spark interests and passions. Encouraging creativity, playfulness and positive risk-taking. Building cultures where celebration and belonging are everyday practices
